LOWELLVILLE - A memorial service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Gospel Baptist Church in Poland for Julia Trolio, 77, who died Thursday afternoon at the home of her daughter.
Julia was born May 22, 1933, in Youngstown, the daughter of John Lucas and Julia A. Svetlovich Duris.
She was a 1952 graduate of Poland High School and a member of the Gospel Baptist Church.
Her husband, Nicholas Trolio, whom she married July 3, 1952, died June 23, 1983.
She is survived by five daughters, Patricia Skip Carr of West Virginia, Kristine Corky Mayberry of Lowellville, Taressa Trolio of Lowellville, Nikkianne Pat Pecorelli of Florida and Melissa Trolio of New Middletown; a son, Jon Jennifer Trolio of Poland; a sister, Rose Brink of Portland, Ore.; 18 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
