OVERLAND PARK, KAN. ? Prayers will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel and a Mass of Christian Burial at noon at the Immaculate Heart Of Mary Church in Austintown for Mrs. Katherine Klema, 91, formerly of Youngstown, who died Monday evening.
Mrs. Klema was born Dec. 14, 1918, in Youngstown, a daughter of Matt and Mary Vansuch Rosko, moving to Kansas in 2001.
She was a Campbell High School graduate and had worked at Livingston?s and McKelvey?s and was a member of the church.
Her husband, Joseph S. Klema, whom she married Aug. 24, 1946, died Aug. 20, 1963.
Katherine is survived by her daughter, Bernadette and her husband, Robert Heina of Overland Park; and a sister, Veronica Trojack of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her husband; three sisters, Ann and Mary Rosko and Helen Joseph; and a brother, Matt Rosko.
Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Katherine?s memory.
