Kevin Boyer

Kevin Grant Boyer, 61 of Poland, passed away Friday morning, July 28, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic, following many years of illness due to Paraplegia. Kevin was born March 26, 1956 in PA, a son of the late Irvin and Bertha ( Myers) Boyer.
He was a 1974 graduate of Chaney High School. After graduation, he served in the United States Air Force, as a Navigation Aid Equipment Specialist. Upon his discharge, he worked for USPS as a letter carrier. In his free time, Kevin enjoyed barbecuing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan as well as a 3 stooges fan.
Kevin will be deeply missed by his sister and caretaker, Karen Boyer, of Poland, a sister Mary (Brad) Speece, of North Jackson, brother, William (Patty) Boyer, of Murrsel Inlet South Carolina, a daughter Brie (Shawn) Virden, of Austintown, stepchildren; Marcy, Melissa and Bubba, his grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, and a nephew, Skyler.
Friends and family may call Monday, July, 31, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, 4303 Mahoning Ave., where a memorial service will begin promptly at 6pm.
