AUSTINTOWN - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at at the Basilica of Our Lady of Mount Carmel for Kimberly Wofton, 50, who passed away early Friday morning at Hospice House.
Kim was born Aug. 23, 1966 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Albert C. and Carol J. (Constantine) Wofton.
Kim was a 1985 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She was receivable control representative for Verizon since 2003 up until the time of her illness. Kim was a people person and the life of the party, her contagious laugh would light up a room. She enjoyed vacationing at the beach, playing cards and going to casinos and playing the slots. Her greatest joys were her three dogs Bandit, Ethan, and Rudy.
Kim is survived by her two sisters, Brenda (Fred) Razavi of Columbus and Joy (James) Decapita of Boardman; six nieces and nephews, Eric, Nick, Ian, Austin, Ciera, and Alayna.
Kim was also preceded in death by her brother, Charles "Chuck" Wofton.
Kim's wishes were to have no calling hours.
Kim's family would like to thank Hospice House and the 4th floor nurses at St. Elizabeth Boardman for all of their kindness and compassion.
