AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Lawrence "Little Larry" P. Meese Jr., 53, who passed away Friday at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Larry was born July 25, 1961, in Youngstown, a son of Lawrence P. and Olive (Micheline) Meese Sr.
Larry resided at the Gateway to Better Living and worked for their Gateway Industries five days a week, and he truly loved it there. He loved to read the paper and Reader's Digest, sports and going out to eat with his house mates.
When he was younger, he enjoyed going to Idora Park and going in a helicopter with his father at the fair.
Larry leaves his mother, Olive Meese of Hubbard; a sister, Genevieve (Bill) Riley of Austintown; a niece, Jennifer Riley of Niles; a great-niece, Hope Duley; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He also leaves his nine male house mates, the staff and a host of friends from Gateway.
Larry was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Family and friends may pay their respects Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
