AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be Tuesday at noon at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, for Lois A. D'Amico, 78, who died Saturday morning at home.
Lois was born Nov. 5, 1938, in Youngstown, the daughter of Edward and Mary (Meenahen) Dixon.
She was a graduate of East High School and worked as a cashier for Greyhound Foods for more than 30 years until retiring.
Lois was a former member of the Sacred Heart Church. She enjoyed watching football, playing cards and playing the lottery.
Lois is survived by her daughter, Sherri (Jeff) Miller of Austintown; sister Agnes Myers of Austintown; brother Patrick Dixon of Austintown; two grandchildren, Christopher Germ and Brittny Miller; a great-grandson, CJ Germ; and her dear friend, Marcie Pontius.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Tom Collins, Ray Collins, Edward Collins, Jack Collins and Joseph Collins; and two sisters, Donna Prochack and Mary Barnart.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
