North Lima...... A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at St. Charles Catholic Church, Boardman for Mrs. Lucy A. DeLucia, age 80, who died Monday morning at Assumption Village.
She was born December 23, 1931 in Youngstown a daughter of Costantino and Teresa LaCivita Marcovecchio.
Mrs DeLucia was an East High Graduate, a member Of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and the St. Monica Guild. She had worked in the cafeteria of Cardinal Mooney High School during the 1960's.
Mrs. DeLucia was married to Anthony R. whom she married April 7, 1950 and he died February 28, 2004.
She leaves her daughter Linda and her husband Dr. Terrence Martzial III of Boardman; her son the Rev. Gerald M. DeLucia of Boardman and two granddaughters Nicole and Natalie Martzial of Boardman.
Mrs. DeLucia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers John and Michael Marcovecchio and a sister Lena M. Marcovecchio.
Friends may call Wednesday from 8:30 AM till 10:45 AM at the church.
Memorial contributions maybe made to Cardinal Mooney Highs School Scholarship Fund. The family would like to thank the staff of Assumption Village for their loving and compassionate care for their Mom.
