YOUNGSTOWN - Prayers will be held Thursday at 9:15 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Christine Church for Margaret M. "Peggy" Harris, 57, who died Sunday morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
Peggy was born July 19, 1956, in Youngstown, to John J. and Margaret M. (Slavik) Senvissky.
She was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. Peggy worked as a pharmacy technician at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown for 39 years. She was also a member of St. Christine Church and the Ashtabula Yacht Club.
Peggy enjoyed spending time at Lake Erie and with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Rupert "Bob" Harris, whom she married June 7, 2003; two stepdaughters, Stacie (Jason) Lehmen of Niles and Julie (Ralph) Maravola of Delaware, Ohio; a brother, Jack (Sue) Senvissky of Warren; two grandchildren, Abbey "Pinky" and Joseph "The Duke" Lehman; and her nephew, Joshua Solomon of Indiana.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Catherine Solomon.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may take the form of donations to the American Institute of Cancer Research.
