NORTH LIMA - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Christine Church for Margaret Kovach, 87, who died peacefully early Monday morning at Assumption Village Nursing Home.
Margaret was born March 19, 1929, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (McEvoy) Boyle.
She was a member of St. Christine Church.
Margaret worked as a caregiver for many years.
Her husband, Frank Kovach, whom she married May 8, 1987, died Aug. 3, 1988.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Mary (Richard) Quinn of Boardman; son Robert (Cynthia) Heck of Poland; sister Eileen Dahman of Canfield; brother Hugh Robert Boyle of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Michael Heck, Sean Heck, Erin Shambaugh, Ryan Quinn and Mary Brigid Quinn; and three great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter Kathleen Heck; brother Joseph Boyle; and sister Donna McHale.
Family and friends may call Friday from noon to 12:45 p.m. at the church.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Assumption Village for the care and compassion given to Margaret during her stay.
