AUSTINTOWN ? A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, and prayers offered at 9 a.m. at the Higgins Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Margaret Mary Senvissky, 91, formerly of Norquest Boulevard in Austintown, died Saturday afternoon at Omni Manor.
Margaret was born June 19, 1918 in Youngstown to the late John T. and Mary Orlovsky Slavik.
She was a 1936 graduate of Ursline High School. She was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, where she was active in the Altar and Rosary Society and the IHM Senior Citizens. She volunteered at St. Elizabeth Health Center for over 15 years. Margaret was also a founding member of CO-ED-DETTS Card Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband John J Senvissky whom she married June 19, 1946, passed away March 1, 1997; a daughter, Katherine Solomon; a brother, Albert Slavik; and a sister, Agnes Stone.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Peggy Bob Harris of Boardman; a son, John ?Jack? Sue Senvissky of Warren; six grandchildren, Joshua Solomon, Tony Sarah Pecorelli, Amy Aaron Kitzmiller, Michelle Bruce DiLullo, Stacie Jason Lehman and Julie Ralph Maravola; five great-grandchildren, Haley, Ryan, Peyton, Abbey and Joseph; and two sisters, Irene Allen of Cincnnatti and Edna Mae Bresnahan of Hubbard.
Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
