YOUNGSTOWN - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10 AM at St. Charles Church for Margaret A. Wrenn, 89, who passed away Thursday at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Health Center.
Margaret was born Sept. 24, 1927 in Johnson City, TN, a daughter of the late Robert M. and Delia M. (Lawson) Tunnell.
Margaret graduated from Science Hill High School in Johnson City and attended YSU. She retired as a clerk from North Branch Public Library after many years. She was a member of St. Edward Church. Margaret enjoyed crosswords, crocheting and her collection of bookmarks. Her greatest love was for her family, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her husband, James P. Wrenn, whom she married Feb. 23, 1949, passed away March 23, 1972.
Margaret leaves her two sons, James P. (Pamela) Wrenn of West Columbia, SC and Thomas T. (Barbara) Wrenn of Morgantown, WV; five grandchildren, Keelee Wrenn, Justin and Josh Parson, Deanna Martin and Jennifer Marinelli; nine great grandchildren, Chase Migo, Cian, Molly and Drew Parson, Quinn and Sloane Martin, Juliet, Elise, and Anna Marinelli; and her long time companion and friend, Dr. Amrik Chhabra formerly of Youngstown, now of Shrewsbury, MA and his family, Vikram Chhabra and Roop Jyot Kaur.
Margaret was preceded in death by her twin sister, Mary Tunnell; and four brothers, Johnny, Martin, Bernerd, and George Tunnell.
Family and friends may call Sunday from 3 to 5 PM at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel and Monday from 9 to 9:45 AM at St. Charles Church.
