AUSTINTOWN - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for Marian C. Cappitte, 79, who passed away May 29, 2015, at her home.
Marian was born July 16, 1935, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late James S. and Charlotte (Williams) Cappitte.
Marian worked in quality assurance department at TRW. Her previous employments were Hughs Aircraft, Northrup, and General Electric. She enjoyed going to the casinos and craft shows. Marian loved life. Her greatest love was for her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Charlie
Marian leaves her sisters, Josephine Ambrovich of Austintown, Elaine (Jaime) Heras of Austintown, Theresa Arnold (Karen Osborne) of Austintown, and Barbara (Chuck) Colantone of Canfield; a brother, Norman (Sandra) Cappitte of Youngstown; sisters-in-law, Nancy Cappitte of Boardman and Joyce Cappitte of Youngstown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marian was also preceded in death by three brothers, James, Donald, and Joseph Cappitte.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of donations to the family.
Professional arrangements are being handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
