POLAND-Services will be at 9:45 AM Friday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel and at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Church for Marie Tisone age 47 who died Monday afternoon at her home surrounded by family and friends after a three year battle with cancer.
Marie was born April 29, 1960 in Youngstown, the daughter of Andrew J. and Christine R. Naples Kadvan.
She was`a 1978 graduate of Struthers High School and was the owner operator of Maria's Boutique in Boardman for over 25 years until the progression of her illness this past year. She had formerly been a member of the Poland Rotary Club and attended St. Patrick Church.
Besides her parents she is survived by her husband Vincent C. Tisone whom she married May 4, 2002, two sons Ronald C. Galazia and his fiance Jamie DeFrank of Lowellville, and Sergio A. Galazia also of Lowellville, two sisters, Margaret "Moggie" Thomas Bero of Poland, and Tina Thomas Gilpin of Struthers, two brothers, Andrew Betty Ann Kadvan Jr. of Poland, and Gary S. Kadvan of Struthers, a grand-daughter, Nadia Marie Galazia, her nieces and nephews, Aaron and Josh Kadvan, Ralph and Jason Gilpin, Michael and Lisa Kadvan, Nichole and Christopher Kadvan, and her niece Mandi Bero who was her special God Child and her caregiver, her father and mother in law, James and Jeanie Tisone of Boardman, a sister in law Melissa Dean Hayne and their son and Marie's Godson Nathan Hayne all of Stow, a brother in law Nicholas Susan Tisone of Cleveland, and her special friends who stayed at her side Linda Antinone, Josephine Tisler, and Miracle Petrino.
Friends may call from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel.
