YOUNGSTOWN - Private family services will be held for Martha V. Prosser, 85, who passed away early Saturday morning at Guardian Care Center.
Martha was born Jan. 30, 1928, in Milton, Pa.
Martha was a 1944 graduate of The Rayen School. She moved to Michigan in 1983 and worked for Universal Cleaning Co. in fire disaster clean-up for 10 years. She retired in 1993 and returned back to Youngstown.
Martha leaves a daughter, Susan M. (Monty) Meyer of Youngstown; a son, Samuel S. (Deborah) Prosser of Poland; and four grandchildren, Chase, Sami, Bria, and Chad Prosser.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley Jones and Mae Agusta; a daughter, Sandra M. Prosser Pettit; and a son, John W. Chesney.
Material tributes may take the form of donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
Professional arrangements were handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
