LOWELLVILLE - Private family services were held on Wednesday for Mary C. Buckley, 89, who passed away Saturday morning at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center.
Mary was born Jan. 31, 1924, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Kenny) Cullen.
Mary graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. She was a secretary for Millstone & Kannensohn Attorneys at Law. She loved playing bingo and spending time with her family.
Her husband, William H. Buckley, whom she married in 1948, passed away in March of 1981.
Mary leaves four children, Carol (Stephen) Goricki of Poland, William H. (Susan) Buckley Jr. of Boardman, Robert (Marilyn) Buckley of Phoenix and Donna (Ken) Williams of Hubbard; six grandchildren, Bill (Sandy), Brian (Carolyn), Kelly (David), Allison (Jeff), Anthony (Ashley) and Michelle; and five great-grandchildren, Thomas, Ben, Gabrielle, Layla and Makayla.
She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Nate Salinski.
Professional arrangements were handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel.
