Austintown ? There will be services Saturday at 8:45 AM at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Austintown Chapel and at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown for Mary Constantine, age 99, who passed away Wednesday morning at Austinwoods.
Mary was born April 16, 1908, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter Belfino and Elva Febo Leone.
Mary was a seamstress for Moyers Pants Factory for over 25 years. She was a member of the Altar & Rosary Society at St. Brendan?s Church. She also volunteered at Northside Hospital for over 20 years. Her greatest love of all was for her family.
Her husband Louis Constantine Sr. whom she married August 28, 1926, passed away November 21, 1968.
Mary leaves a daughter Carol J. Wofton of Youngstown; a sister Lena Costello of North Carolina; a brother James Leone of Boardman; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, Mary is preceded in death by a daughter Eleanor Merletti; two sons Lawrence E. Constantine and Louis Constantine Jr; a sister Margaret Defibo; a brother Tony Leone and two grandsons Charles Wofton and Louis Constantine III.
Family and friends may call Friday from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
