Mary Pirrung

Struthers-Services will be Tuesday at 9:15 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel, and at 10:00 AM at St. Nicholas Church for Mary A. "Bubby" Pirrung age 91 of Struthers who passed away Friday evening at her home. Mary was born June 11, 1915, in Youngstown, the daughter of John and Veronica Hricko Jacisin. She was a lifelong area resident, a homemaker and a longtime member of St. Nicholas Church.
Her husband Ernest "Dutch" Pirrung whom she married November 30, 1936, died February 7, 1982.
She is survived by two daughters, Emma Lee Alfred Hamrock of Highland, Indiana, and Marcia Steve Markovich of Struthers, a son Ray Ann Pirrung of Struthers, four grandchildren, Greg Leona Hamrock, Lynette Mickey Wolfe, Todd Carrol Markovitch, and Christine Jim Donnachie, and ten great-grandchildren, Ashley Wolfe, Rachel and Sarah Hamrock, Gabrielle, Stephen, and Phillip Markovitch, Katelin, Rodg, and Samantha King, and Luke Donnachie.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Jacisin, and Vernie Meek, and a brother Steve Jacisin.
