Mary Prodesky

YOUNGSTOWN - Services will be Wednesday at 9:30 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, and at 10:00 AM at St. Brendan Church for Mary Prodesky age 90 of Youngstown who passed away early Sunday morning at Forum Northside Medical Center.
Mary was born January 15, 1916, in Youngstown, the daughter of Harry and Anna Homzy.
She was a homemaker, and a member of St. Brendan Church. She enjoyed gardening, working around her home, and had a special love for animals especially enjoying the companionship of her pets. Mary is remembered by her family for being a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker.
Her husband Steve Prodesky whom she married February 7, 1942, passed away in May of 1991.
She is survived by two sons John Prodesky of Canfield, and Edward and his wife Patricia Prodesky of Akron, and four grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle, Derek, and Natalie Prodesky.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, Andrew, and John Homzy.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5 PM to 8 PM, and Wednesday morning from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
