NEW MIDDLETOWN - Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Evangel Baptist Church in Boardman for Mary E. Rohrman, 82, who passed away early Saturday morning at home with her family by her side.
Mary was born Aug. 17, 1931, a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Hough) Burkey.
Mary loved her job working at Sears for 11 years as a sales clerk. She was a member of the Evangel Baptist Church and loved working in the nursery at her church. She also enjoyed card games and backgammon. Her greatest love was for her family and spending time with all of them.
Her husband, Robert Rohrman, whom she married July 17, 1951, passed away Jan. 15, 2000.
Mary leaves her three daughters, Karen Cannatti of Greenwood, Kathi (Ronald) Balogh of New Middletown, and Patti (George) Freeze of Struthers; two sons, Keith Rohrman of New Middletown and Bobby (Lisa) Rohrman of Struthers; 13 grandchildren, Angie (Steve) Nagy, Gina (Jim) Sanders, Louis Cannatti Jr., Shawna (Kevin Schlott) Rohrman, Kaitlyn Rohrman, Ronny Balogh, Crystal (Art Wayne) Balogh, Elizabeth Freeze, Nicole (Matt) Bushling, Tiffany (Anthony) Alvarez, Lauren Freeze, Breanna (Michael) Mahon, and Samantha Rohrman.; 10 great-grandchildren, Danny, Noelle, J.J., Liam, Savannah, Emma, Matthew, Eliana, Josephine, Asia, and one on the way; a sister, Helen Olsen of Bend, Ore.; and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Burkey of Castle Berry, Fla.
Mary was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amber Rohrman; and three brothers, Raymond, Clarence and Robert Burkey.
Family and friends may call Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel and Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Evangel Baptist Church.

Mary's family would like to thank Dr. Tofil and Select Specialty Hospital at St. Elizabeth, Masternick Memorial in New Middletown and Hospice of the Valley for all of their care.
