LIBERTY TOWNSHIP - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at noon at St. Edward Catholic Church, officiated by the Rev. Msgr. Robert Siffrin for Mrs. Mary Lou "Jinx" Storey who died Saturday evening at the Hospice House.
She was born March 25, 1934, in Youngstown, a daughter of Michael and Nora (Cavanaugh) Jennings.
Jinx graduated Ursuline High School in 1952, and was a past member of Seton and the Junior Guild. She also was in the Niners golf league, the Daisy Dozen Garden Club, book club, and a member of the Youngstown Country Club. She was an avid Cleveland Browns and Youngstown State University fan. Jinx had worked at Koppers Co. and YBM Corp. as a bookkeeper.
In 1986, Jinx and Jack were co-founding members of Masonry Materials Plus.
She married John "Jack" Storey, her best friend, on May 4, 1957, and together they had six children.
Jinx leaves her five daughters, Amy (Tim) Hittel of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Julie Storey of Youngstown, Teri (Mike McMahon) Storey of Boardman, Susan (Joe) Odoguardi of Dublin and Christine (Bob) Golubich of Grove City; her son, John (Lori) Storey of Dublin; 11 grandchildren, Bob, Danielle, Erica, Nicholas and Jacob Golubich, Jenna, Jacklyn, Jillian and Joelle Odoguardi, and Jessica and Rachel Storey; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack, who died Nov. 27, 2002; and her brother, Joe Jennings.
The Storey family would like to thank the Hospice House for their compassionate care of their mom.

Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, and on Friday, from 11 to 11:45 a.m. at the church.
