YOUNGSTOWN ? Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Melissa S. Hanna, 20, who passed away early Friday morning from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
Melissa was born Feb. 18, 1990, in Youngstown.
Melissa was a 2008 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She was a cashier and cook for Burger King. She was an artist and loved camping.
Melissa leaves her mother, Sheila Hanna, and stepfather, Joseph Popio; her son, Cameron McCracken, at home; her maternal grandparents, George and Geri Missik of Youngstown; her great-grandmother, Rose Missik of Youngstown; and her aunt, Jill Missik of Toledo.
Friends and family may call on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
The family requested that material tributes take the form of donations to a memorial fund in care of the funeral home.
