Michael O'Hara

CANFIELD - Private family services were held for Michael P. O’Hara, 43, who passed away suddenly at his home on March 13, 2019.

He was born Jan. 9, 1976, in Youngstown, a son of Daniel R. and Rosemary (Perry) O’Hara.

Michael was a 1994 graduate of Western Reserve High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. He was employed by General Motors as an environmental engineer.

He spent some of his time getting involved with the Canfield Historical Society. He was also an avid NASCAR and Cleveland Browns fan. Michael adored his dog, Baylee, and took great pride in his 18th century farm house .

Michael is survived by his mother, Rosemary O’Hara of Austintown; and a brother, Daniel A. (Patty) O’Hara of Austintown.

He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel R. O’Hara, and his grandparents.

Professional arrangements were handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
