AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Mike Carosella, 80, who died late Saturday evening at his residence surrounded by his family.
Mike was born Oct. 28, 1930, to the late Frank and Anna Vivo Carosella.
He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Austintown.
Mike was a Stenciler at Youngstown Sheet and Tube for 35 years, retiring in 1983.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, John Carosella.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, the former Margaret Graff, whom he married Jan. 20, 1956; two daughters, Anna Marie John Billis of Greece and Mary Carosella of Austintown; five sons, Frank Nicole Carosella of Youngstown, Michael Cindy Carosella of Austintown, Vincent Carosella of Youngstown, Eric Carosella of Austintown and Edward Susan Carosella of Salem; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Susanne Derose of Girard and Mary Carmel Parker of Youngstown; and a brother, Vincent Gerry Carosella of Austintown.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
