YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Monroe "Norm" Hamrick, 75, who passed away Monday evening at Austinwoods.
Norm was born July 7, 1934 in Webster Springs, W.Va., the son of the late Rosa Brown.
Norm retired from Youngstown Welding and Engineering.
Norm leaves his wife, the former JoAnn Bletso, whom he married April 21, 1973; a son, Norman Allen Karen Hamrick of Phoenix; a daughter, Tina Hamrick of Ohio; two stepdaughters, Betty Mike Matasy of North Jackson and Kathleen Trimm of Cape Coral, Fla.; a sister, Bonnie Clevenger of Baltimore; and six grandchildren, Whitney, Zachary, Amy, Sara, Sam and Katie.
The family will be receiving friends Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
