Columbiana- A memorial service will be held at 4 PM Sunday, February 24, 2008 in the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel for Nancy J. Kekish, age 76, formerly of Boardman, who passed away Friday morning at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center.
Nancy was born in Youngstown on November 14, 1931 to the late Simon and Elizabeth Newman O'Neill. She graduated from Ursuline High School in the 1948-1949 class. She attended Youngstown State University, where she was a member of the Neumann Club.
She was a Real Estate Broker and Agent, although she had her own agency she worked with many different agencies in the Youngstown area during her career.
Nancy is survived by her husband, John, her son David Kathleen Kekish of Chardon, two grandchildren, a sister Kathleen Jack Webster of Westlake, a brother James Patricia O'Neill of Avon.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Adamic.
The family requests that memorial donations can be made to St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center, 1899 W. Garfield Rd., Columbiana, Ohio 44408.
