Nancy Seese

COLUMBIANA ­ Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul the Apostle Church in New Middletown for Nancy H. Seese, 73, who died Wednesday evening at her residence.

Mrs. Seese was born Dec. 19, 1934 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of John and Mildred Marquis Hyland and came to this area in 1965.

She had been employed as the deli manager at Nemenz Value King in New Middletown, retiring in 1985. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church, their Altar Guild and was a pirohy worker. For the last two years, she had attended St. Jude Catholic Church in Columbiana. She was a longtime
and active member of the Springfield Local Athletic Boosters and Band Boosters.

She leaves four daughters, Marian Michael Morrow of Yorktown, Va., Sandra Brian Denmeade of Columbiana, Kimberly Robert Neiheisel of Leetonia, and
Beth Tom Lavender of Springfield Township; two sons, Brian Shelly Seese of Columbiana and Dr. George ³Skip² Denise Seese of Dalton; three sisters, Mary Walter and Jacquline Edward Dugan, both of Pittsburgh and Patricia McCord of Jessup, Md.; and 25 grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Q. Seese, whom she married May 25, 1957 and passed away Dec. 17, 1999; a son, Gregg Seese; sister, Kathleen Lauer; and five brothers, Robert, Dale, Ward,
Jack, and Kerry Hyland.

Friends may call today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the
Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church.
