AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be held today at 11:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, for Nina M. D'Annunzio, 91, who died Monday afternoon at Omni Manor.
Nina was born June 22, 1923, in Youngstown, to Harry and Adeline (Franciosi) Dearcangelis.
She was a graduate of Chaney High School and worked at Youngstown State University. Nina was a member of St. Anthony Church.
Her husband, Mario D'Annunzio, whom she married July 27, 1955, died Oct. 2, 1997.
Nina is survived by her son, Rick D'Annunzio of Austintown; a brother-in-law, Fernando Riccioni of Canfield; a sister-in law, Betty Dearcangelis of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary (Marino) Pellegrini and Rose Riccioni; and a brother, Joseph Dearcangelis; and an infant son, Mario.
Family and friends may call today from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
