Austintown . .Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Grace Church of the Nazarene 5253 W. Webb Road, Austintown, for Mrs. Pamela A. Rider Brown age 43 of Austintown who died Saturday morning in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born May 30, 1963, in Youngstown, a daughter of Robert J. and Patricia J. Harris Rider.
Pamela is a 1981 Fitch high School graduate and was employed by the Youngstown Christian School as Director of Daycare and Preschool. She has her CDA License and is a member of NAYEC, volunteered at Easter Seals where she ran the Garage Sale; March of Life, the Relay for Life, Austintown and A Way with Words Foundation. Pamela was a member of the church where she was the Treasurer served on the Church Missionary Council and was a board member.
Pamela was married to Ted Brown whom she married April 6, 1991.
She leaves her father Robert of Austintown, her husband, a daughter Annastacia Brown at home, two sons Anthony Caudill of Struthers and Christopher Brown at home; 4 sisters Jane Daniel Cullen of New Bedford, PA, Brenda Rider of North Jackson, Judie Scott Mayesky of Austintown and Susan Randy Jackson of Ontario, Canada and a brother Matthew Rider of Washington, DC; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia and her brother Robert G. Rider. Friends may call Wednesday from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
Donations may be made to the Pamela Brown Children's Fund at any Farmers National Bank.
