Patricia Julian

BOARDMAN - A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Nov. 28, at 1 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel, for Patricia Rae Julian, 70, who died Wednesday, Nov. 22, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Patricia was born Jan. 3, 1947, the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret (Welch) Demar.

Patricia graduated from Ursuline High School in 1965.

She married her husband, Charles, on Feb. 17, 1984.

Patty worked at the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center for five years and retired in 1989.

She leaves her husband, Charles Julian; two sons, Ryan and Michael Megert; two stepchildren, Len Julian and Lisa Peterson; a grandson, Johnathan Megert; and two sisters, Betty Ann Ambrosio and Peggy Preston.

She loved cooking, entertaining and growing garden herbs.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Margaret Demar.

Friends and family may call on Tuesday, Nov. 28, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel, followed by a funeral service.

Patty will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
