Patricia J. Leone, 77

POLAND ­ There will be a funeral Mass held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Paul
the Apostle Church for Patricia J. Leone, 77, who passed away early Monday
morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman.
Patricia was born April 28, 1931, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Henry and
Elizabeth Wasson DeMain.
Patricia was a 1949 graduate of East High School and a 1951 graduate of St.
Elizabeth School of Nursing. Patricia was a registered nurse for St.
Elizabeth and the Ohio State University Hospitals.
She was a member of St. Paul and Apostle Church, their Altar Guild and was a
Pirohy Worker. Patricia held various offices in the Ladies Auxiliary of the
Corydon-Palmer Dental Society.
Patricia leaves her husband Dr. Albert J. Leone, whom she married, May 8,
1954; three children, Dr. Michael Mary Leone of Boardman, Judy Jim
Reardon of New Middletown, and Dr. Beth Leone of Ashland, Ore,; two sisters,
Donna DeMain of Boardman, and Barbara Jerry Wittenauer; two grandchildren,
Mario Leone and James Reardon; two sister-in-laws, Jean Frank DiGiacco of
Campbell and Patti Tony DiLisio of Poland; and many nieces, nephews, great
nieces and great nephews.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon
Funeral Home, Poland Chapel and Thursday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at St. Paul
the Apostle Church.
