YOUNGSTOWN ? Services will be Monday afternoon, at 1 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Patricia L. ?Pat? Pittman, 73, who died Friday morning, at the Hospice House in North Lima.
She was the third of three children, born March 17, 1937, to the late Norma Brown and William J. Pearch of New Philadelphia.
In 1955, she graduated from South High School and worked at Isaly?s where she met her husband, Robert. She was later employed by the Mill Creek Dairy, Dutch Pantry restaurant, Country Fair, Assumption Village and later worked at Park Vista as a private duty healthcare provider. She had many interests including flower arranging, crafting and travel.
She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Austintown where she served as the church?s organist.
She is survived by her three children, John Pittman and wife Lynne, Tom Pittman and wife Eileen Bodnar and Tracy Patterson and husband Rick, all of Youngstown; eight grandchildren Lisa Hawkins of North Olmstead, James and Michael Carr, Shane Patterson, Kerry Forbes, Scott and Stacey Bodnar, all of Youngstown and Lindsay Janci of Columbus; and four great-grandchildren, Ethan Carr and Alexis, Brookelynn and Hunter Bodnar; and her faithful dog, Dinky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, whom she married Sept. 17, 1955; her parents; her brother, William B. Pearch; and her sister, Gloria Lewis.
Friends may call Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Austintown Chapel of Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home.
Internment will be at Green Haven Cemetery in Canfield.
