Paul Meyer

POLAND-Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 PM at St. Mark Lutheran Church for Paul F. Meyer age 88 of Sharrott Rd. formerly of Flint, Michigan, and Punta Gorda, Fla., who passed away Monday afternoon at Forum Northside Hospital in Youngstown. Paul was born July 19, 1915, in Denver, Colorado, the son of Jacob and Eva E. Flohr Meyer. He was a plumbing and heating contractor and co-owner of the P & H Plumbing and Heating Co. in Burton, Mich. for ten years before retiring in 1972.

He is survived a son Paul F. Gail Meyer Jr. of Lachine, Michigan, a daughter Ruth Ann Roy Chunn of Boardman, Ohio, a stepson Bill Mary Lou Krieger of Texas, a sister Lydia Schnieder of Wisconsin, three brothers, John Meyer of Essexville, Mich., Sol Meyer of Petosky, Mich., and Ben Meyer of Fenton, Mich., twelve grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. His wife Isabell "Bette" Meyer died in 1992. He was also preceded in death by two sisters Ruth Kerry, and Mary Tagge, and four brothers Jacob, Edward, Immanuel, and Samuel Meyer.

Friends may call from 11 AM until 12:45 PM Wednesday at St. Mark Lutheran Church. Arrangements are by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel.
