YOUNGSTOWN Peter J. Silsbe, 46, died Monday morning in Pittsburgh after a long curious battle with cancer.
Peter was born Dec. 26, 1958 in Youngstown, a son of Samuel and Eileen Scheetz Silsbe Jr.
He was a 1977 Chaney High School graduate and a painter.
He leaves his wife, the former Patricia L. Bellatto, whom he married Dec. 20, 2001; a daughter, Sarah Trenik at home; two sisters, Paula Jim Renda
of Waterville and Mary Patricia Silsbe of Los Angeles; a brother, Samuel III of Newton Falls; seven nephews and nieces, Brian Repko, Ben, Jamie and Kristen Renda and Samuel IV, Andrew and Garret Silsbe; and a great-niece, Oona Renda.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There are no calling hours or services.
Arrangements are by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
