North Lima - Private services were held today at Calvary Cemetery for Philip Carbone of Caprice Health Care, age 54, who passed away Sunday at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Philip was born May 29, 1953 in Youngstown, a son of Philip and Dorothy Justine Carbone.
Philip attended Bev Road Sheltered Work Shop in Boardman. He had attended the Mahoning County School for the Mentally Handicapped. Philip enjoyed music and fine food. He was an avid sports fan of Notre Dame and the Yankees.
Philip leaves his two sisters Barbara J. Carbone of Hubbard and Patricia Ann Carbone of Youngstown.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents.
Arrangements were handled by Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Poland Chapel.
