AUSTINTOWN - Services will be Thursday at 12:30 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, and at 1:00 PM at St. Brendan Church for Philomena Inhouse DoCampo age 93 of Austintown who passed away at her home Sunday evening after a brief illness.
Philomena was born December 5, 1911, enroute to America from Italy, the daughter of Sebastian and Julia Introcasa Inhouse. Mrs. DoCampo was very family oriented, she loved to garden, cook and canning. She was very devoted and her family was her whole life. She was a member of St. Brendan Church.
Philomena is survived by a son Anthony of Youngstown, whose wife Mary Ann Markovich passed away in April of 1997, two daughters, Rose Virgallito Colbert with whom she made her home in Austintown, and Dolores Anthony Porrazzo of Youngstown, a daughter in law Antamella Ruggiero DoCampo who was married to her son Sam, eight grandchildren, Rosemarie Missik, Pamela Ed Kohl, Kimberly Ron Berdis, Dawn Ibrahim Al-dabbas, Debbie Gutierrez, Dennis Renee Virgallito, Steven Jennie Virgallito, and Anthony Paula Porrazzo Jr., and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Mrs. DoCampo was preceded in death by her husband Daniel whom she married May 10, 1930, and who passed away September 22, 1982, two sisters, Mary Novelli, and Rose Thomas, and three brothers, John, Anthony, and Albert Inhouse.
