Austintown - There will be services Thursday at 11 AM at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Richard E. Manna, age 82, who passed away Monday evening at Briarfield Manor.
Richard was born January 16, 1925, a son of Anthony and Mary Nardelli Manna.
Richard was a 1943 graduate of East High School. He worked as an electrician for 39 years at LTV Steel, retiring in 1986. Richard was a member of the Eagles Fraternal Order to Meander Arie # 3298 in Austintown since 1980, Niles Amvets Post 0101 since 1981, and Niles Moose Lodge # 627 since 1992.
Richard leaves his wife the former Tina Suarez of Youngstown; a daughter Bonnie Clarke of Sarasota, FLA.; two sons Ronald Kathy Manna of Newport, TN and Richard Loree Manna of Northport, FLA.; a sister Ida Anthol of Youngstown; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren; three nieces; a nephew; and a close friend and caregiver Thelma Petricini of Warren.
Besides his parents, Richard is preceded in death by two brothers Anthony and Nick R. Manna; and a sister Caroline "Yolanda" Cencia.
Family and friends may call Thursday from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home.
