Rita Eperjesi

POLAND ? Prayers will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at the Holy Family Church for Rita Eperjesi, 58, who passed away Wednesday evening at Hospice House.

Rita was born June 3, 1951, in Youngstown, the daughter of John S. and Margaret R. Pasuth Eperjesi.

Rita was a 1969 graduate of Poland Seminary High School and then graduated from Youngstown State University in 1973 with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. She was a teacher for the Diocese of Youngstown. Most recently she worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Rita enjoyed gardening and sewing.

Rita leaves her mother, Margaret R. Eperjesi of Poland; two brothers, John E. Doreen Eperjesi of Poland and Michael Linda Eperjesi of Poland; and a niece, Melissa Eperjesi.
Rita was preceded in death by her father, John S. Eperjesi.

Family and friends may call Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Material tributes may take the form of donations to the Holy Family Church Building Fund and Hospice House.
