LAKE MILTON - Services will be Thursday evening at 8 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, North Jackson Chapel, for Robert Allen Sunderman, 51, who died unexpectedly Saturday morning of an apparent heart attack.
Robert was born Sept. 21, 1961, the son of Archie and Clara Moon Sunderman.
He attended Woodrow Wilson High School and loved to fish and spend time with family and friends, especially his second family, Randy and Shari DeBolt and their children and Gerald and June Teets. Robert was also an avid San Francisco 49ers fan "Serious."
He is survived by his companion, Rebecca Teets Depaul; daughters Britany and Reshaun Doc Sunderman; stepchildren Shawn Alyssa Elswick, Nicholas Depaul, Dominic Depaul, Vincent Depaul, Melonie Mose Kennedy, Jimmy Shamrock, and David Debra Lamb; five sisters, Betty Kelly, Mary Rick Sunderman, Barbara Sunderman, Osa Major Lee, and Lisa Daryle Shorter; three brothers, Eddie and John Sunderman and Chester Marie Browning; 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and aunts and uncles from West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Nola Hathman.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. until the time of services at 8 p.m. Thursday evening at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, North Jackson Chapel.
