Boardman ? There will be services Friday at 11 AM at Holy Family Church for Rocco R. Renaldy, age 85, who passed away early Monday morning at Beeghly Oaks.
Rocco was born September 15, 1921, a son of F. Anthony and Mary Bianco Renaldy.
Rocco graduated from East High School. He served in the Army during World War II as a Staff Sergeant. He was a manager in the Printing and Graphics Department of Republic/LTV Steel, serving for more than 40 years, retiring in 1983.
He was a member of the Poland Knights of Columbus, St Nicholas Seniors Group and a lifelong parishioner of Holy Family Church.
His wife the former Ann "Dolly" DiYorio who he married November 1, 1941 passed away December 19, 2006.
Rocco leaves a son Russell P. Roberta Renaldy of Orland Park, IL; two grandchildren Hilary Renaldy and Jason Emilie Renaldy; and two great grandchildren Caroline and Alexandra.
Besides his parents and wife, Rocco is preceded in death by a daughter Margaret Renaldy; a son Robert Renaldy, sisters Katherine, Minnie and Grace and brothers Carmen, Angelo, Patrick, James, Andrew and Frank.
Family and friends may call Friday from 9AM to 10:45 AM at Holy Family Church.
Arrangements are being handled by Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Poland Chapel.
