POLAND - Private family services were held Saturday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel for Ronald N. McGee, 71, who died Wednesday afternoon at his home.
Ronald was born Feb. 4, 1941, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Wayne and Josephine Martin McGee.
He had served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, and later worked as a manufacturing and engineering consultant.
He was a member of the Mt. Morris Sportsman's club in Mt. Morris, N.Y., and enjoyed fishing, reading and trap shooting.
He is survived by his wife, the former Janet L. Latona, whom he married May 11, 1963; two sons, Terry Rebecca McGee of Clayton, N.C., and Randy McGee of Raleigh, N.C.; and a sister, Martha George Hubbard of Greece, N.Y.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
