YOUNGSTOWN Graveside services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Sylvania Hills Cemetery in Rochester, Pa. for Ronald S. Walker, 73, who
passed away Sunday at the Hospice House.
Ronald was born Aug. 2, 1935 in Homestead, Pa., the son of William E. and Dorothy Rowell Walker.
Ronald was a 1954 graduate of Beaver Falls High School and graduated from Penn State University. He was a veteran serving in the Army. He retired in 2000 from ADS Machinery
in Warren. After retirement, he worked part time at Sears. Ronald was a former member of the College Hill United Methodist Church in Beaver Falls, Pa. He was a regular ³Banjo Man,² playing his banjo everyday. Ronald was a man of many talents.
Ronald leaves his wife, the former Helen ³DeDe² Snedeker, whom he married June 19, 1957; a daughter, Karen Walker of Youngstown; a brother, Richard
Walker of Monaca, Pa.; two sisters, Barbara Haslett of Beaver, Pa. and Audrey Burchart of Cresant, Pa.; two grandchildren, Irene and Andrew Walker of Beaver Falls; and many nieces and nephews.
Ronald was preceded in death his parents; a daughter, Grace Chirico; and a son, Gregory Walker.
Friends may call today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
