Rose Wall

MCDONALD - Services will be Thursday morning at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, for Rose Ann Wall, 78, who died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Rose Ann was born Jan. 10, 1937, in Youngstown, the daughter of Alfred and Olga (Schubert) Naples.

Rose was a graduate of Chaney High School, and had worked at the Youngstown State University book store and later at the Austintown Pawn Shop and enjoyed crocheting.

Rose Ann was a beloved mother. She was an active troop leader and leader of summer day camp for the Girl Scout Association for 35 years. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Youngstown, a beloved member of the Altar committee and a Sunday school teacher for more than 20 years.

Her husband, Joseph E. Wall, whom she married July 21, 1956, died Nov. 22, 1995.

She is survived by two daughters, Pam (Ron Theis) Wall of Poland and Alice Wall of Philadelphia; a sister, Arlene Wright of Boardman; a brother, Alfred Naples of Texas; and her beloved companion, Liza, her dog.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
