Roselyn Ferranti

AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be held Friday at 4 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Roselyn Ferranti, 80, who passed away Sunday evening at the Select Speciality Hospital in Youngstown.

Roselynn was born Nov. 8, 1938, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Frank and Kathleen (Bellino) Pesano.

Roselynn was a 1956 graduate at East High School.  She enjoyed going to the casino and playing Bingo. Her greatest love was for her family, specially spending time with her grandchildren.

Roselynn is survived by her daughter, Roxann (Bill) Pounds of Youngstown; son Rocco (Nikki) Luscre of Austintown; sister Kathleen (Dennis) Weaver of Blufton, S.C.; seven grandchildren, Tony, Jason, Kim, Ken, Kacy, Rocky, and Chayne; and several great-grandchildren.

Roselynn was also preceded death by her first husband, Anthony Luscre in 1972; second husband, Phillip Ferranti in 2011; and her daughter, Sherree Kalasky.

Family and friends may call Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of donations to the family or in care of the funeral home.
