YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be held Friday at 7 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel for Rosemary White, 82, who passed away Monday at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
Rosemary was born March 28, 1933, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Julius and Mary (Lonchar) Ritzo.
She graduated from North High School and spent most of her life at home raising her nine wonderful children. She loved puzzles, flowers, and feeding the birds. Her greatest love was for her family, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Rosemary leaves her eight children, Jim (Patty) White of Centerville, Va., Don White of Youngstown, Bob (Debbie) White of Struthers, Jack (Carla) White of Lowellville, Mike (Jill) White of North Lima, Ed White, with whom she made her home in Austintown, Debbie Renaud of Warren and Bill (Aletia) White of Bridgeport; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Rosemary was also preceded in death by her husband, William O. White in 1992; her son, Terry White; son-in-law Mark Renaud; and a grandson, Don White.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of donations in care of Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes.
Rosemary's family would like to give a special thanks to Meridian Arms for the loving care they provided.
