YOUNGSTOWN - Sally J. Brink, 61, died Wednesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Health Center after a period of declining health.
Sally was born July 30, 1949, in Lodi, to the late Ralph and Florence Weltmer Cooper.
She was a graduate of Lodi High School.
Sally is survived by her husband, Herman Brink, whom she married June 24, 1967; two daughters, Sonia Brink of Youngstown and Joanna Brink and her son-in-law, Gary Teague Sr. of Spring Hill, Fla.; a son, Herman Brink and his wife, Karen of Cape Coral, Fla.; three brothers, Edwin Cooper of Youngstown, Robert Cooper of Lodi and Larry Cooper of Akron; nine grandchildren, Maria Brink, Gary Teague Jr., Herman Brink Jr., Noah Brink, Tyler Brink, Makayle Hollis, Aaron Stoddard, Shalamar Teague and Karisia London; two great-grandchildren, Alex Green and Ja-mya Watkins; stepson, William Miller and his wife, Jen; and Sue Baton, who was like a daughter to Sally.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.
Sally will be missed by all who knew her.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
