Sandra Arkwright Manke

YOUNGSTOWN - Sandra Arkwright Manke, 76, passed away peacefully Sept. 27, 2018.

She was born July 12, 1942, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Audrey Arkwright.

Sandra graduated from Ursuline High School in 1960.

She was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a dog groomer, a licensed barber and spent 26 years as a licensed clerk for the Veteran Administration in Florida.

Sandra loved God, family, friends, animals and nature.

Sandra will be sadly missed by her daughter, Tina Powers; sister Patty Lee; brother Joseph (Gianna) Arkwright; and the clergy and patrons of Our Lady Comforter Church.

Private family services were held.

Professional arrangements were handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
