Sherry Martin passed away on August 12, 2017 at Forbes Regional Hospital. She was born on January 19, 1966 to Paul and Veronica (Hoberney) Charvat in Cleveland.
Sherry graduated from Austintown Fitch High School and attended Youngstown State University. She was a passionate, self-employed artist for 40 years.
Sherry was an avid Darth Vader fan and possessed a vast collection of Star Wars items. She loved box turtles and enjoyed traveling, especially to Arizona.
Sherry will be remembered for her ability to embrace faith, happiness and joy in her life.
Sherry leaves behind her husband, Joseph Martin, whom she married August 19, 1988; her parents and her sister, Paulette (David) Woodland, of Youngstown.
Sherry was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Charvat.
Per Sherry's wishes, there will be no services or calling hours.
Arrangements are being handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
