YOUNGSTOWN - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Matthias Church, for Stella Theresa Seidler Brincko, 93, who died early Tuesday morning at Beeghly Oaks Nursing Home.
Stella was born April 25, 1921, in Youngstown, to John and Victorial Ann (Labensky) Seidler.
She was a graduate of South High School and worked in pillow manufacturing at Brentwood Originals for 12 years. Stella was a member of St. Matthias Church, and the Women's Auxiliary at St. Stanislaus and St. Matthias. She was also a past president, secretary and treasurer at St. Stanislaus, president of the bowling league and secretary of Pace Union Local No. 5-598 Brentwood Originals.
Stella enjoyed bowling and crocheting and loved to give away her beautiful afghans.
Stella's husband, Steve J. Brincko, whom she married Oct. 1945, died Jan. 7, 1967.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria A. Bellino of Kentucky; two sons, Stephen J. (Kathi) Brincko of Poland and Ronald P. (Mary) Brincko of Poland; a brother, Ted Seidler of Struthers; a grandson, Joshua (Heather) Brincko of Seattle; a great-granddaughter, Sunny; a special niece, Carol Pierce; and many other nieces and nephews.
Stella was also preceded in death by two sisters, Anna Marie Troll and Mary Keifer; and two brothers, Stan and Alexander Seidler.
Per her wishes, there will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to Hospice of the Valley, 5090 Market St. Youngstown, OH 44512.
Professional arrangements are being handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel.
