POLAND...There will be services Tuesday at at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel and at at St. Lukes for Theresa DeSantis, 83, who passed away Friday evening at Ron Joy.
Theresa was born Feb. 12, 1922 in New Castle, Pa., the daughter of William and Olive Casella Evangelist.
Theresa's husband, Octtavio DeSantis, whom she married Nov. 25, 1939, passed away Oct. 29, 1984.
Theresa is survived by two daughters, MarleneRichard DiThomas of Upland, Calif., and Dolores Donald Mayti of Cleveland; a son, Joseph DeSantis of Boardman; and seven grandchildren.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents; a son, John, who died April 3, 1983; and three brothers, Mike, Peter and Victor Evanglist.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
