Therese Terlesky

BOARDMAN - Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel for Therese M. Terlesky, of Sarasota, FL, 74, who passed away early Monday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center Youngstown.
Therese was born July 2, 1939, in Leetonia. She came from a large family and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara (Meissner) Sevenich.
Therese was a member of St. Charles Church and their Holy Rosary Society. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed golfing and seamstress work. Therese also enjoyed going to Ursuline to watch the band and football games. Her greatest love was for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
Her husband, Raymond A. Terlesky, whom she married Sept. 6, 1958, passed away Sept. 19, 2002.
Therese leaves her daughter, Christina Marie (Toby) Meloro of Liberty; her son, Anthony R. (Lisa) Terlesky of Canfield; five grandchildren, Linda and Laura Terlesky, Emily Mlynarek, and Tina and Christopher Meloro; and a great-granddaughter, Mariah Terlesky.
Therese was also preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Marie Terlesky.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Material tributes may take the form of donations to the Ursuline Band Boosters, St. Charles Church and Hospice of the Valley.
Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
